Loren Henry, Director of Asset Management
Mr. Henry is responsible for all aspects of Coventry’s asset management functions, including optimizing asset performance, investor reporting, coordination of due diligence and providing critical interface with Coventry’s operating partners. Mr. Henry brings a wealth of expertise to Coventry, having spent 22 years prior to joining Coventry at Developers Diversified Management where he served as President and with DDR, after they became public in 1993, in a number of senior management positions in key operating divisions, including Leasing, Operations, Property Management and Asset Management. At DDR, Mr. Henry oversaw the operations of a portfolio consisting of 202 assets comprising over 37 million square feet and located throughout the country.
Mr. Henry received his B.A. in Business Administration and Mathematics from Winona State College in 1969. Mr. Henry is active in many industry organizations.
