Mary Mizner, Asset Manager
Ms. Mizner has 25 years of experience in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry. Her current asset management responsibilities include assisting with investor reporting, coordination of due diligence and facilitating lender and appraiser requests for asset information. Ms. Mizner interfaces with Coventry’s operating partners regarding the day-to-day property management of the assets and property management reporting. Prior to joining Coventry in 1999, Ms. Mizner spent 17 years at DDR where she served on the property operations staff and, subsequently, as the Leasing Representative in DDR’s Midwest region.
