Robert Levinson, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Levinson is responsible for financial reporting, debt financings, management of lender relationships, financial due diligence and structuring, tax compliance and investor relations. Prior to joining Coventry in 1998, Mr. Levinson spent 9 years at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal in its Real Estate Group where his clients included DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, JER Real Estate Partners, Mark Centers Trust, BRT Realty Trust and One Liberty Properties.
Mr. Levinson received a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University in 1989 and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of New York. Mr. Levinson is a member of ULI and ICSC.
