Thomas Moran, Vice President, Acquisitions/Dispositions
Mr. Moran is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, structuring transactions, negotiating with sellers and managing dispositions. Prior to joining Coventry, Mr. Moran held positions with RBS Greenwich Capital, Madison Marquette, and Merrill Lynch. In these roles, Mr. Moran gained extensive experience originating, structuring, and closing fixed and floating rate loans, investing equity capital for retail real estate acquisitions, and advising clients on M&A, joint venture, and debt & equity transactions.
Mr. Moran received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University in 2000. He is an active member of ICSC.
